I work in the Health and Safety field with in a community college system and as a firefighter. My past career was as a professional chef spending 20 years working across Canada. I am a foodie and love to exercise to let me eat lots of stuff. Tea is like food; everybody has their preference and people prepare it in infinite ways. Not only that, it is generally healthy.
