I picked up a tiny sample of this tea when I was at DavidsTea over the weekend because I was intrigued by the gold glitter. I don’t know how they do it, but the tea really does shimmer and sparkle. Even the dregs at the bottom of the cup were sparkly. To be honest it is kind of unsettling, but it still made me smile.

The tea tastes pretty good too, nothing special. I don’t think I would buy more of this, but I did like it.

This would be a good gift for a tea-drinking Twilight fan…

So good! I love the flavour that the rice adds, and it looks so interesting in a jar on my shelf. I get a lot of questions about this tea when people see me making it.

I usually drink it at lunchtime.

This is one of my favourite teas. I didn’t try it for a long time because I have never really liked Red Rooibos, but I’m so glad I finally did.

It is great on it’s own in the evening when I want to wind down from my day, and it’s really good as a base in herbal tea blends to keep them caffeine-free. It withstands over-steeping a lot better than regular tea leaves, so I like to use it in gingery decoctions that I drink all day at work.

This smells so much like chocolate that I’m really surprised that it’s not in the ingredients list! My coworkers agreed when I brewed it at work today.

This tea is really delicious, the balance of peppermint and black tea is very good.

I enjoy this tea more than I thought I would. I got a sample of it in my advent calendar, and I liked it so much that I just bought a 125g tin of it when I saw it on sale at my local store.

Once brewed this tea mainly tastes like green rooibos (which is one of my favourite teas), but a bit creamy and sweet. The spices are pretty subtle.

It’s good on its own, but even better with a bit of milk.

It just tastes like ginger and pepper, which is exactly what I want it to taste like! The green rooibos gives it a nice colour and some depth as well.

I really love this tea! I usually drink it in the afternoon, because it is soothing and helps me warm up and focus my mind better. I wish it were caffeine-free, but the green tea works really well in this blend so I don’t mind too much.

This tea smells refreshingly like grapefruit. I tried it hot and it was pleasant, and I suspect it would be good iced as well.

This tea is not well balanced at all. I couldn’t taste any vanilla, or any of the more traditional masala chai spices. It just tasted overpoweringly like liquorice root. I could not finish my cup of this, and I’m glad I only had a sample. I would not purchase this tea.
