One infusion for 3m @ 100C
Hm, this tea has somewhat of a sharpness to it. Heavy astringency on the aftertaste.
I do prefer first flush darjeelings. This is perhaps a decent breakfast tea, with some toast and marmelade.
The dry leaf looks amazing and the infusion is a lovely reddish gold.
But the taste is somewhat of a dissapointment to me. Iv´eonly tried one other second flush and that was better.
Will have to try some more SF before i make up my mind about them.
The second flush teas for 2013 will be out soon. In the mean time i will go berzerk on the 3 new FF teas ordered. Especially the Singbulli from their Tingling division :)
