I found myself feeling a bit of pressure as the tea festival tasting deadline loomed in front of me. I also found myself feeling a bit of resentment at having to drink the tasting teas rather than my usual random— whatever I damn well feeling like drinking and whatever I can readily locate—science of choosing what is going to land in my cup. It feels good to have that freedom back again.
This really is a very nice pumpkin with spice blend. It is already quite pumpkiny and I have made it even more so with the addition of pumpkin seed oil which adds a bit of toasted pumpkin seed flavour. Win! This is a delicious thing.
I predict that this pumpkin seed oil will rescue the pumpkin spice teas that I favour far less than this one. I will be keeping you posted.
