A very strong black tea, it’s perfect to wake you up in the morning, rivaling the effects of a strong cup of joe. Be careful not to over steep it, as it will develop a strong bite at the end.

First cup this morning … good, but very strong/biting. Good tea for early in the morning, but would be a turn-off later in the day.

Good all around tea. I really enjoy it first thing in the morning.

Not a huge fan of this tea. I drink it in the morning to wake me up, but it really doesn’t have a lot in the way of flavor.

Brought some of this to work cause it’s really the only bagged tea I have left. It still, to me, doesn’t taste great; makes my tung all scratchy. When I get my first check, I’m buying some better tea.

Steeped for 3 mins and it is a tad stronger than I like. Not bad at all, but may try 2 mins next time.

I bought this bagged tea mainly because it’s called Awake. LOL. It’s good though. Bold flavor.

I adore most black teas, but I think this one is my favorite. Just add a little bit of sugar and you’re good to go. :) I adore the boldness of flavor.
