3 Tasting Notes
Hmmm…I am an avid of fan of ginger and green tea, so I thought hands down I would love this. Not so much. It’s not terrible, but not bad. I’m not sure what it is that I don’t like about it. Maybe it’s the pear? I’m not sure..either way..I just find this tea weird. I drank the whole box, and was hoping I would like it more. That wasn’t the case.
Preparation
Firstly, I LOVE the smell of this. Just a little sniff of it helps me to wake up in the morning. The chocolate and orange notes are just plain old delicious. Don’t over steep because this will go bitter FAST. I drink this most mornings I have class and/or work and it helps.
Preparation
I have an electric kettle, so I brewed this with freshly boiled water over the tea bag. I added just a sprinkle of stevia to offset the tartness…and I LOVED it. I’m feeling a bit under the weather, so I decided to try some more herbal teas…and this really was a great pick-me-up.
The lemon is there, but not too powerful..but, I do LOVE lemon, so if you are not that into lemon this tea might not be for you. I couldn’t really taste the mint much..but I loved the nice cool feeling it left on my lips.
