New Tasting Notes
Based on a tea recipe David acquired from the previous caretaker of Bahji, we blend 1 part Earl Grey, 1 part Darjeeling with 2 parts Ceylon, for pilgrim’s tea as it was served for many years to those who visited the Shrine of Baha’u’llah (www.bahai.org) near Akko, Israel.

Another German tea, mango and lime flavored. Steeped, it smells exactly like a package of Tropical Starburst. Despite smelling like the wonderful bliss of artificially flavored candy, the tea tastes pretty natural. I can’t pick up much of the mango flavor, but the lime sure is making its presence known. Quite tasty!
Would be much better iced than hot, in my opinion.
I received a gift today from Jess of nerditea.com, and this was in it! This tea is delectable. I’m a huge fan of Sleepytime Tea from Celestial Seasoning, and tea is very similar. Not an exact match, but I actually think I like this more. Very soothing and refreshing, it feels like I’m slipping into a dream with each sip. Even better with a small amount of honey.
