Gyokuro Yamashiro is the final tea of this night at my friend’s house. I must admit, it is definitely my favorite green tea from David’s tea so far! I’ve tried most of them, and none are really as pure and delicate as this one!
It’s really smooth, not too strong, not astringent (if brewed correctly) and not bitter like some green teas. And it only has one ingredient: steamed green tea from Japan!
It’s lovely, and makes me feel great when I drink it. I would definitely recommend it to tea amateurs and green tea lovers!
