I haven’t had a cup of this for a couple of weeks, so I dug it out of the tea cupboard this afternoon. I find this tea really shines with a good long steep time and a bit of sugar. I tossed in a light spoonful along with a couple lumps of rock sugar, covered it up, and just forgot about it for a bit. When I got back, I had a fantastic sweet, mapley cup of rooibos tea. As it cooled, the sweetness only came out even more. Super enjoyable and a blend I need to remember to enjoy more often!
