I don’t know what to say about this tea other than that I liked it just fine. I didn’t make it myself. I simply tried it at a tea and coffee shop, so the best brewing and steeping times are still unknown to me. Anyway, I will be purchasing this tea soon and I plan to give it a more thorough evaluation then.

I’m a tea novice, but I am very interested in widening my palate and exploring different tea types and companies. Other than tea, my interests include studying and teaching ancient Latin (and exploring foreign languages in general), participating in local community theatre productions, and reading.

This is one of my favorites and I’ve found that I can usually steep the bag twice and still get a good cup out of the 2nd steep.
