Ok, this blend wins a 100% boost from its first rating because I’ve just made a cold steeped blend that I am totally in love with and it was one of the ingredients.
I used:
4tsp this blend
2tsp Monstrositea Mint
2tsp T2 Turkish Apple powder
1tsp Monstrositea Lavender
1tsp (or maybe 2tsp?) T2 Just Ginger
in around 1.8L water (didn’t quite fill the 2L jug)
And it is a world of deliciousness. So refreshing! I’m really happy with this creation, particularly as I don’t play scientist very often. I’m so happy with this that I’m gonna have to get some more lemongrass & ginger to recreate it! But maybe another company’s blend. Sorry Truly. <3

Yeah but T2 are owned by Unilever these days :( trying to support small Aussie businesses going forward.
Jeez, are they really?
If you’re ever in Sydney, I know of a small tea shop (in a very pretty shopping center) run by a little elderly Chinese man. Maybe I’ll go there tomorrow.
Yep, as of about nine months ago. It broke my heart! I was a loyal T2er until then. Even now I find it hard to avoid wandering through their beautiful store but am branching out and trying to find alternatives to their blends where I can. It’s a challenge!
There are a few awesome Sydney tea shops I’ve found in my googling (I’m down in Hobart but sestra is in Sydney). Definitely go visit that adorable-sounding tea man!
T2 has one, and you won’t have to order it online. :D

It’s in The Strand, which is off Pitt St Mall in the city.
