I tell myself I really need to finish a tea before opening a new one. PHHHHTTT!
I had this one last night as my before-bed cup. It was yummy. Smooth, mildly sweet on its own, with a warm finish. I think it’s the maple that I like so well. It really is a cozy cuppa!

You inspired me today, Maddy. I was so ashamed of my recent “new tea binges” when I read this, I decided to finish a sample I have had for three years or more. And who knows when it was bought. I feel quite noble right now.
It’s a balancing act though. On one hand, we try to finish up old(er) teas. On the other, we want to drink our teas when they are fresh and full of optimum flavour. And then, we try to not go too overboard when restocking—as if.
@gmathis Someday I will have whittled my tea stash down to about 10 permanent teas and a few alternates. Someday.
@ashmanra glad to assist in nobility! LOL
@Evol And I have a few faves that are not on the market anymore that I hate to drink down, yet if I hang on too long they will be tasteless water. W\hat’s a tea drinker to do? And yeah, as if.
(Yeah, don’t we all? ;)

That is a noble goal and I desperately need to adopt it myself!
