Dang it all, I’ve caught my brother’s cold. Stuffy nose, stuffy ears, scratchy throat. Ick ick ick.
This tea isn’t a cure, but it tastes good and makes me think I feel better. I’ve had several “cold” teas and of them all this one is the best hands down. I’m going to sit up in bed with my knitting and a pot of this.

Yarn weather has returned here, too. Last night, I was crocheting a scarf for our Operation Christmas Child box, but got distracted watching Minnie (cat)intently watch me. Long dangly things are not safe around her, but she was exercising a great deal of self-control.
Everything is a cat toy when you are a cat. Especially elastic bands and socks (sometimes still on your feet). Also pencils and things on the mantle are apparently the greatest toy ever at 3am while everyone is trying to sleep.

Throw rugs are a particular target in the kitchen—one of these days somebody’s going to get a broken neck from tripping over the rumpled ones :)
