I have several spicy teas that I have neglected in the hot days of summer, but it is cool tonight, so I pulled this one out of the drawer.
Yum. I think I like it now more than I did when I first got it in my DAVID’s advent calendar last year. I liked it enough then to order 50 grams of it, but I haven’t had much of it yet. That will change in the next few months.
The color was paler than I expected, so I double checked my temperature, amount of tea, and steeping time. Nope, those were right. So I decided it was done in spite of its pale color. I think I was right. This is a yummy dessert tea and it doesn’t need to be stronger. Definitely a hit.
