I was thinking white tea today. Then I remembered drinking a lot of very flavored teas yesterday. Just in case some lingering remnants might be hanging around in my press, I thought I would start with something that could easily overcome any cling-ons. This was a great choice. The dry leaf smells wonderfully strong. It is up to the task like Kirk on Klingons. The cup itself is smooth and mellow. Not bitter but has enough astringency to make the tongue tingle just a little (yeah!). Has a very good fruity aftertaste.
Live long and prosper.
I still have some in my big basket o’half-packets. To try it again would be logical…
