This is a great all around tea for me. I enjoy that the rooibos isn’t entirely overshadowed by the earl grey. It has a lot of depth as well, which I enjoy. Intense, complex teas are my thing. You’ll rarely see me with a cup of any “pure” tea.
Also, at one time, when bagged earl grey was all I had tried, I could not stand the stuff! then a friend gifted me (not teaopia, it had no brand name on it so I can’t be sure where it’s from. Someplace in Calgary I think) some looseleaf and it changed my life. In fact this is what got me hooked! So pardon my bias on this one, it’s the tea that started everything looseleaf for me.
I’ve tried regular earl grey since, but it just does not work for me somehow. Sorry this review isn’t more helpful!
