I splurged on a box of matcha latte mix – but it is very sweet. What would be the best way to dilute (make it less sweet) without losing the matcha flavour?

Hmm. Do you have any other matcha that you could add? That’s the only way I can think of unless the sugar is larger than the matcha in which case maybe you could sift some out.

That was going to be my suggestion … adding more pure Matcha to soften the blow of the sweetener.

You could also try mixing it with something like plain yogurt. The sweetness should be balance out by the yogurt.
