Well. I did it! Made my first purchase from Butiki teas!
Stacy was so helpful! I love YouTube tea videos and the first time I heard of Butiki was from Jenni King’s review video talking about how helpful Stacy is. Then several people on here recommended her. I sent Stacy a message an explained that I’m brand new to teas and only have teavana and wanted to expand. I told her my budget and the teas I have liked/ disliked and she put me together a list of teas! I only changed one from the list to something else. $80 in teas coming my way! I’m so excited to get these! What’s your favorite Butiki tea??
I just placed my first Butiki order as well! We’ll have to compare notes when all of those yummy teas arrive. :)
My package just came yesterday…so exciting!!! :D
I got…
Hello Sweetie
Cantelope & Cream
Raspberry Truffle
Red Queen Cupcake
Vanilla Caramel Assam
Flowery Pineapple Oolong
Caramel Apple
Maple Pecan Oolong
Purple Sunset Oolong
The Killer’s Vanilla
Pistachio Ice Cream
Butterscotch and Hazelnut Mocha Candies
The Black Lotus
Haven’t had a chance to steep any of them up yet, but I’ve smelled them ALL and most of them smell absolutely amazing!
Nice! What teas did you get? I really like the Almond Indulgence, various Assam teas, and the Organic Kundaly (the base for the almond tea).
Stacy recommended: spiced nog, Taiwanese bi Luo chun, 1994 aged bai hao, caramel apple, flowery pineapple oolong, maple pecan oolong, pumpkin milkshake, 2012 ancient puerh disk, latkes and applesauce, root beer float honey bush peppermint patty, fu shou Shan , baked Ali Shan and a mystery tea. That’s everything I ordered. :)
My most recent order was…..uhhhhh….. Almond Indulgence, Butterscotch and Mocha Candies, Watermelon Xylophone, Premium Taiwanese Assam, Malty Irish Breakfast and Pumpkin Creme Brûlée. If you want to try any of those I can mail samples.
Marz, if you’re still offering, I’d really like to try the Taiwanese Assam. All my Assam is from India. (It sounds fabulous).
Marzipan- I’d love that!! I’ve heard the Almond is good. I’d like to try any or those. How do we do that? I don’t have much to trade- yet!! Heehee.

Awww… first order and last. * pout * Wish she wasn’t closing.
$80 in Butiki sounds amazing!
me too! She was great. I figured I might can order one more time before she closes.
This was my first order from Butiki, as well! I had been wanting to try them anyway when I found out that she was closing. So, of course I had to quick make an order. I just got it today, in fact. I ordered:
Maple Pecan Oolong
Dinjoye Estate Assam
Glenburn Darjeeling Moonlight
Organic Kundaly
Peach HoppiTea
Pumpkin Creme Brulee
Tamarind Pop
Nilgiri Frost Oolong
Pineapple Cilantro Cream
Lavender Chamomile
I have only tried the Maple Pecan Oolong before (because someone was nice enough to send me a sample), so I’m sort of gambling on the rest. But, I just smelled Peach HoppiTea and Pineapple Cilantro Cream and am very excited to try them!
OHHH!!! Please let me know how the peach hoppi and the pinapple cilantro cream is. They looked interesting. I read on the page not to add too much sugar to the maple pecan or it just taste like maple syrup. Looking forward to my order.
Awaiting my order of:
Boracay Breeze
Cantaloupe & Cream
Champagne Rose & Cream
Watermelon Xylophone
Hello Sweetie
Coconut Cream Pie Rooibos
Mango Lassi
Lavender Chamomile
