Hmm… the site appears to be up now, but when I sort by what is in stock the pictures do not always match the tea name.

Likewise I can see the site, but any sort of sorting makes the pictures all screwed up.

This was a blunder on my end. It should be resolved now.

As one of the people who has way too much tea, I really like the new changes you’ve made. I can’t say I’ll buy a new subscription right away, especially since you’ve been doing a lot of honeybush recently and I’m allergic to that, but I definitely have always followed your weekly teas and will continue to buy if one grabs me. I heartily approve of the new sizes.

I THINK everyone ought to be able to see the site now. Is there anyone who cannot?

my computer is still under attack by internet gremlinsssss

I can see the website, it looks great. But, it’s not fair that I’m seeing teas on there that I can’t buy. :( I want to try the teas that were created before I became a customer!

I agree. Stuff that’s in stock should be the default view.

I’ve been trying really hard to get a page set up that is just an “in-stock” page, but it’s one of those simple things that is apparently not possible right now. The best I can offer right now is to suggest you use the drop-down filters to limit the items to those that are in stock. I haven’t quite given up yet, but as of right now, that’s the best I can do. Crazy, because this cart seems to let me work with just about ANY variable EXCEPT stock status. =(

Even the filter still shows items that were “recently” in stock but no longer are. :(

This is a really good example of the question of taste raised by the “Neutrality” thread. I simply do not like most complicated blended teas!

Sorry—I do wish you well! ;-)

I can’t log into my account. It says it doesn’t exist. Does that mean my points are lost?

I’m afraid I couldn’t get the customer records transfered from the old cart, but I do have a record of all of the reward points by customer, so if you create a new account and let me know, I’ll be happy to add your points from the old cart to this one.

Good to know.

OK … so I did just create a new account so I’d like my points (I’ve been saving them for a rainy day!) :)

Wish I had read this before sending the ‘Contact Us’ form. I’ll create a new account…

I was at the site and ordered something today. :-) I think the smaller quantities are fine and your shipping seems very reasonable. My only gripe is that it should be easier to tell which teas are in stock because I clicked on a few of them that were “in stock or recently in stock” only to find out they weren’t available. Thanks!

Going back to the points…how does using points go together with the subscription? Or, would points accumulated only be good for getting one-off pouches (outside of the subscription)?

With regard to the month-to-month recurring subscriptions, the only way we can offer those is with credit card payment and still have them automatically renew. Unfortunately, those items have to be restricted to credit card payment only, but everything else on the site (including the gift subscriptions) can be purchased with points.

So with regard to being able to see only what is in stock, I am still working on this, but wanted to let everyone know that we DID manage to add the quantity on hand to the item listings on most pages. I also set up a page where you can view all of the “Recently or currently in stock” teas from all categories. You can view that page here: http://www.zoomdweebies.com/Available-NOW_c_32.html

I am still pushing for more control and to allow users to sort and filter by stock status, but this should help some.

Ah, this is so very helpful, thanks :)
