NEW Website, New subscription plans, new pricing, new EVERYTHING
One more question…sorry…for the subscriptions (since I haven’t gotten one before), when does the card get charged? And what happens if (and it happens quite a bit) the card number changes?

I will help (Hopefully considered a help!) with this question since it is a question I had answered for me yesterday in PM. The credit card will be charged at the time of the purchase and then every month on the same day of the original charge.
What LiberTEAS said. And if your payment information changes or something, you can always log in to your account and manage your subscriptions/payment methods from there.
I really dig the changes :) And I absolutely could not resist the new subscription plan… even though I definitely don’t need more tea ;D
I don’t buy too many flavored teas anymore, but once in a while I do crave them, so I hope the subscription should fill in that occasional craving void.
But yeah, I think that the smaller sizes are the step in the right direction. And shipping is super low the way it is, too!
