Your branding is so pretty! I’ll definitely pop in next time I’m on the west coast, but sadly your shipping is a little high, and your 100g packages are a bit big for me to order teas without smelling or trying them first. Consider offering sample sizes for sale, with more affordable shipping?

Lovely. If you offered 10g or 25g packages there are definitely some teas I’d love to try. $5 shipping is extremely easy for me to justify, $10 a little tougher but still doable. If there’s a reasonable free shipping threshold, I’m likely to aim for that and add more stuff to my cart.

I’ll definitely check back, and I hope I get to visit your tea room soon.

Your homepage is fully secure — perhaps the rest of the site is as well. Amazing! Much better security than the vast majority of other online tea companies.

But I would suggest that you move your Oolong tea out of the Green Tea category. As you hint in its description, it is not really a green tea.

Love the name you chose for your company and the story of your grandmothers. If I was in Vancouver I’d stop by.

Ooooh, I wish I were closer. I don’t get up to Vancouver enough (once, this past February for a tasting with JusTea which is also located in Vancouver). Juuuust far enough away that I generally have to grab a hotel room rather than do all that driving at once. Maybe I should check out train schedules? Sigh. I’m just south of Seattle.

Hi Ubacat and Starfevre, thanks for the kind words and we’d love to host you if you’re in the area! The trains from Seattle to Vancouver seem to leave really early in the morning or late at night, but a lot of people take the bus (such as Greyhound or Bolt Bus) to do 1-day trips or weekend trips. And we actually sell some JusTea teas in our shop! They are not in the online shop yet though :)
