Irish brands vs. irish breakfast
There are a lot of companys that make an “irish breakfast” or “irish blend” tea. Then there are a lot of tea brands that are Irish to begin with, such as Barry’s and Bewley’s. My question is, is there a difference? Or is a native irish tea the same type of tea that is labeled as “irish” by other companies?
They touched a little on what an Irish Breakfast blend was in this thread.

Obviously the classic normal everyday “tea” is different to Ireland, Britain, and USA. It appeared that USA markets teas more so than other regions by names like irish and English breakfast. Based off my research, Barry’s and Bewley’s are types if tea the Irish would think if when they think if “tea”. However, these are different than Lipton or Bigelow or Twinings. Are teas in other countries labeled Irish blend or Irish breakfast, made to imitate normal “tea” drank in Ireland? Such as a Barry’s and bewleys?
