All of the them taste excellent with tea. Which ones your favourite ? I like Fruits with a hint of spices.

I prefer spicy teas with orange tucked in there somewhere. Cinnamon, cardamom, orange, mix, steep, drink.

Do you put in fresh ? or dried ?

Dried for the most part. Exceptions to that would be ginger, I love a fresh ginger tea, and mint, since we have some of that in the garden. ;)

I have tried Freeze Dried. They work good.

I like ginger and lavender. Dried for the lavender and either fresh or candied ginger.
