I know shipping can be complex and sometimes frustrating when ordering tea. We’ve made our shipping as simple, convenient, and affordable as possible, so I wanted to make sure everyone knows how it works. I hope this makes things easier!

We’ve got 3 shipping options:

1. $6 flat rate to anywhere in the world! (Regular mail. 10-12 business days)
2. FedEx Priority. Just $12 to USA/Canada ($15 rest of world) (2-5 business days)
3. FREE!!! Orders over $75 always get free international shipping.

We ship direct from our office in Taichung, Taiwan. 1 hour from tea country!
