Hey friends is tea acts as a best way to increase your beauty?
Hello i already know the health benefits of tea but someone told me it is also helpful for increasing your beauty please give me some more information regarding it.
Okay. Few questions:
In what way is it supposed to ‘enhance beauty’? Claims about tea having the ability to enhance beauty or increase beauty are usually pretty exaggerated. That being said, there are plenty of teas, tisanes, and blends by various companies that are advertised as beauty blends. So, what exactly are you referring to when you say ‘increase beauty’? Are we talking skin, hair, complexion, cleansing, detox? Bath teas? Hair teas? Teas meant to consumed, or blends specifically made for external use?
Okay. Tea rinses are good, using black or green tea. It’s good for the scalp, taking care of dandruff, stimulating hair follicles and so on. Esty has plenty of shops that offer ‘bath teas’, satchels or Muslim bags full of herbs and tisanes using chamomile, green tea, nettle leaf, etc that detoxify and soften the skin. You can also do a green tea scrub like awkward soul mentioned. As for consumption I’d say green tea was your best bet, or look into green tea blends with rose petals/buds and chamomile.
Increase beauty? The answer is no. There is no credible scientific study data to support beauty and health benefits from tea.
Maybe green tea scrubs might do something.
I’ve heard the flip side – A coworker from Bejing told me that women shouldn’t drink tea because it’ll make you age faster. (edit, doesn’t stop me from drinking it!)
I have heard of using used, wet/cold tea bags on puffy eyes, but cucumber is probably better.
Black tea rinse is supposed to give hair shine and luster. I also heard it strengthens it too. Chamomile, rose petals, lavender and other herbs soaked in a huge muslin cloth in the tub is supposed to be good for the skin/detox.
