Who is *cheapest* wholesale tea company?

Hello All! I have been looking for the cheapest wholesale tea company for long time. I am a lurker here & decided to post asking for help.

I already went through most popular wholesale tea companies from this forum. Either their customer service was not up to par or got some bad samples. I even found a nasty looking hair from some of the samples I got from this 1 particular company.

Please do not throw rocks at me for asking for cheapest. I hope I did not offend anyone. I am looking to buy in larger bulk amounts to start, around 50-80lbs.
