Tea Cozy of the Day!
This might be a pretty short thread; as far as I can tell from my limited but passionate research so far, there are much more interesting tea mugs/cups and strainers out there than tea cozies. But here we go: I grinned when I saw this fellow, because as my username attests, I like ovine stuff. http://amzn.to/1mmqrvh
Just curious, if you are in Brooklyn, why are your links off of Amazon.UK? I found this sheep one (and lots of others) on the US site.
Because Amazon.uk has a richer assortment of tea-related items. If you or anyone else wants to suggest sources for my searches, I will welcome them — no matter where in the world they are! Good to know Sidney the Sheep is available at the US site.
I’ve been reviewing tea cozies all over the place, but I must say, the ones that amazed me the most were designs in knitting/crochet books like this one! http://amzn.to/1iTQxEJ
In honor of the weekend, today’s TCOTD is a Gypsy caravan!

Today’s TCOTD is this funny cow from Russia: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CAYAT5A/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_mwbEtb1FS2SHM
Beginning today, I’m going to be posting pretty things instead of silly things. Here’s a William Morris tea cozy from the American Amazon site: http://amzn.to/1j0qhEp
It’s an overcast, coolish, rain off-and-on day here in NYC; perfect for tea! Here’s a cozy thought: this vibrant, folk-floral tea cozy around my teapot. http://amzn.to/1jam4hE
Today’s tea cosy is from the British Amazon site, since I couldn’t find the William Morris golden lily pattern anywhere else. I love this pattern. I wonder if every cosy has the lily smack dab in the middle like this one? http://amzn.to/1j0pTFU
