Breakfast Tea blend?

Hi all.

Out of curiosity and also having loads of different black teas at home, what is the usual make up of English Breakfast tea. I understand a blend of Assam and Ceylon is a good start with some Kenyan too but what sort of percentage do you blend of each or is it a personal choice. Was thinking of making a gift for someones birthday who likes a good cup of tea in a morning.
