Looking for tea stores/ rooms...

In San Mateo. Are there any? According to the internet, all the places that sounded interesting are closed. Does anyone know of any others in that city? And just in that city please, I won’t be driving to any others. Thanks.

That’s the other site I used. It’s either bakeries or coffee shops. I hoping somebody who lived near there knew any, rather than websites I already tried.
