Can we add reviews to existing Places?

Hi, I wanted to add my review to the string at http://steepster.com/places/77-the-whistling-kettle-ballston-spa-new-york but didn’t see anywhere I could…the latest review on the page is from 11 months ago. So I added it to Discussions: Tea Rooms and Retail. Where should we review things that already exist under Places?

I think you just click on the stars to rate the place, and then a box to type a review comes up.
