Advice for tea tours to Longjing/Dragon Well area in Hangzhou, China?

Hi all,

I am gonna be in Hangzhou, China literally at the exact 10-day time range when the BEST GREEN TEA IN CHINA is picked. It’s the first “Spring Picking” of the year, where you can get this Pre-Qingming Longjing (“Dragon Well”) Green Tea. Unbelievable!!

I am wondering if anyone here has been to Hangzhou and can recommend a plan of attack for seeing the tea fields, or can recommend a tour guide. I am pretty keen to hike in the fields, learn how to pick the leaves, watch the farmers roasting the leaves, and of course tasting different Longjings.

Any recommendations?
