Cooking with Jasmine Pearls

I have a pudding recipe that calls for jasmine pearls, last time I made it I ended up putting a good amount of them in the recipe. Now that I’m out of my good tea, I’m looking for a cheaper alternative specifically for cooking. I’ve looked at adagio teas, any suggestions for a good cheap jasmine pearl? I’m looking to buy a pound of them since I have to make a large batch of this pudding. I don’t want to spend an arm and leg :-P

Hi Lucitea, I know a great equivalent for jasmine pearls, you could choose traditional green tea scented with jasmine. You might find it on The Tea Company’s website https://theteacompany.com

If they don’t have it online you can contact them and ask as I know they have more teas in stock than what’s listed on their site.

I hope this helps.
