Has anyone bought matcha on Ebay?

Has anyone bought matcha on Ebay before that they’d recommend? I’ve found listings for cheap matcha around $23/500g

I bought some $6/oz matcha at a local tea shop and it’s pretty good from what I can tell (bright color, not bitter) but I’d like to find something cheaper to put into smoothies. The stuff above is around $1.30/oz. Do you think it’ll be decent, or have other recommendations?

Also, I looked for matcha at my local Asian grocery store but couldn’t find any that was just matcha.
