Sometime this week I want to infuse a type of tea into an italian style pasta, in japan matcha noodles are not unheard of, Im thinking a stronger black tea and using a peach cream sauce with amaretto or should it be savoury?

I have never tried that before. I have used tea in making oatmeal and pastries/cakes, etc.
It sounds delicious.

Iv had the matcha noodles before I served them cold with a lime infused soysauce Im going to be puting some pictures up soon.

I have used matcha to make popcorn topper, it was delicious. Never tried that, i think i should try it.
