Hi all,

We’re giving away a bit of the surprise for our December tea box, but we thought you’d be okay with it given the info we’re revealing :) We are so excited to be working with Stacy at Butiki. She has skillfully and creatively designed three custom blends for us to feature for our December tea box. Butiki uses very high quality tea bases and her flavoured blends are some of the most natural tasting I’ve ever had (Although I’m sure you are all aware of this!)

Are we no longer able to set the length of our subscription? I was considering doing the 4 month one again, but don’t see the option.

Hi Cavocorax! We made a few changes to the subscription options a couple months ago. We offer 3 and 6 month gift subscriptions, but if you’re looking to do a personal subscription the option is monthly billing. You can cancel anytime though. It’s less expensive than before, but you will need to cancel after your fourth month. (cancel anytime before the 25th of each month). Hope that helps :)

Hi Mr. Uberkins, it depends on the month, but we do include teas with nuts in them from time to time. If you’re asking for December, please follow us and I can let you know via personal message. I don’t want to give away any hints to the flavours!

Question on the subscription….there are a few ingredients I greatly dislike and/or are allergic to. Is there a way to know ahead of time what they will be, or are substitutions available if you know a subscriber has issues with specific ingredients?

Hi Heather, we haven’t introduced personalization of the boxes. At the moment, we aren’t able to do substitutions. The teas are a complete surprise to subscribers every month. If you don’t have too many allergies, you could take your chances and then give away any teas that you are unable to drink. We’d love to start personalizing tea boxes in the future.
