con: it is hard to clean and i have no kitchen at work
con: no temperature setting, just steep time dial (not times just light to heavy)

pro: makes good black teas and herbal teas
pro: worked great at work for resteeping tea all day

so if you can pick it up or pay shipping you can have it, if i had a kitchen at work it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but i have to drag it home each night to wash it.
