Official *What did you get in the mail today?* Thread!!!
I got packages from Whispering Pines, Tea From Taiwan, AND Beautiful Taiwan today. Plus there are more tea packages in the mail! I’m super excited to start trying all these goodies!
I got a very generous tea swap from DeliriumsFrogs and my Joseph Wesley order. A very fun mail day.
Busy mail day for me but only one package related to tea and that was an envelope from the wonderful Roswell Strange who is single-handedly trying to explode my cupboard (thank goodness for my successful sipdown Saturday).
I got my Whispering Pine order. Having a cup of Golden Orchid. Awesome tea. Thank you for the free sample of Port. Much appreciated. Very excited to try others.
Today was a great day for me, mail-wise. I got my Butiki order, and Stacy saw that I had meant to order the pistachio ice cream so she added a sample of it, and she also added a sample of the rhubarb vanilla ale. Mmmmmm. I’m excited to try all of these teas, but they’re all pretty caffeine intensive. I guess I can wait until tomorrow.
I got my DAVID’s TEA order as well. I’m soooo excited for the carry mug. It’s even better than I imagined. Plus I got some teas from there that I’m excited to try.
AND I got my Bonavita kettle to take to work. Again, very excited. I’ve been guesstimating my tea temps, so I look forward to being more accurate. And having water at my desk might be good or bad. I haven’t decided yet.

Yesterday I got my Whispering Pines order but I was busy and forgot to write about it here. I haven’t tried any of the teas yet… But they look and smell so wonderful!
Also, Brenden provides great customer service and I just want to order from WP very soon again :)
I am so curious about his teas, I’m also waiting for my order to come any day now…
Out of curiosity, how’s the packaging? Are the teas in resealable pouches?

Got my Harney & Sons today, so excited! I ordered many of some less popular blends, hoping they will work for me!
Sipping on Indian Nimbu, a beautiful Darjeeling very lightly flavoured with lemon and caramel, a pure delight!
Yum! Boychik got me hooked on Indian Numbu. I am waiting for a few of my h&s teas to run low to order a tin of this. Enjoy!!

Thank you Teatiff, I was hooked at first sip! I’ve been craving darjeeling lately so when I saw this blend, I had to have it! I feel that if you don’t know it’s a flavoured tea, you’d think it’s just the darjeeling by itself with sweet and citrusy notes. It’s more scented than flavoured…so natural & so good!
