Best Earl Grey Teas in the World?

I’ve been searching for the Best Earl Grey Teas in the World. Google has left me short of answers. Yes, there a plenty of reviews and comparisons but no list is definitive. Perhaps there isn’t one. I don’t need to know, for instance, that you “like” Rare Tea Company or Twinings Earl Grey. I would like to learn from experts. Is there a panel of expert tea connoisseurs that have blind tasted the finest Early Grey teas in the world? There are expert panels for wine, coffee, and olive oil but I haven’t found one for tea. Is there a world competition for tea? Your guidance is appreciated.
