The main objectives of this Challenge are to let more people know about the unique heritage Nanyang tea blend and to cultivate the habit of drinking tea.

The “PSC Heritage Nanyang Tea Brewing Combo Set” was created for these purposes.

As such, the whole Challenge will be circling around this set.

The Challenge consists of 3 rounds:

Round 1: Tasting of the Nanyang Tea Varieties

Round 2: Brewing the pre-determined Nanyang Tea

Round 3: Presenting the Nanyang Tea of one’s choice.

1st round tested the sensitivity of your taste bud which is essential in brewing a tea well. Round 2 and round 3 tested the ability in handling the Combo Set and more importantly the creativity in using the Combo Set.

主办这个挑战赛的主要目的是要让更多人认识到南洋茶，一个独特的遗产文化，和培养大家养成常喝茶的习惯。

白新春传统南洋茶泡茶盒就是这样应运而生的。

而挑战赛也将以这套泡茶盒为主。

挑战赛将分成三个阶段进行：

第一回合：喝南洋茶辨茶名

第二回合：冲泡规定的南洋茶

第三回合：展现自选的南洋茶

第一回合在于考验参与者的辨识能力。第二和第三回合则是测验参与者运用泡茶盒的能力，但更重要的是运用泡茶盒的创意。
