Anyone ever ordered through Taobao?

I recently discovered some tea for sale on a site called, taobao-buying-agent.com, which is evidently a agent for a company called, Taobao. My understanding is, Taobao is a Chinese online retailer similar to Ebay. And taobao-buying-agent.com is a company to help with language translation and shipping, amongst other things.

I was just wondering if anyone else had bought direct from Taobao or through any of their agents.
