Do you have some go-to methods of making iced tea?
I have been cold brewing all summer. A variety of teas. Mostly black teas though.
Personally haven’t tried cold brewing all that many black teas. Prefer to go with greens, sometimes oolong. Do you have a black tea you recommend that turns out good cold brewed?
I have been using the Iced Tea Blend from Simpson and Vail Tea at svtea.com. It comes out nice.
I cold brew green tea and oolongs. Black tea though I prefer to brew double strength and then pour over ice.
That’s what I’ve been doing as well, thinking of trying cold brewed black tea now as well.
