Lipton's Orange Jaipur
Hi all; there has been a discussion about this in the past, but seems to have fizzled out. The above tea, also once called Orange Winsor, is delicious, but cannot be found in the UK. I found it in Paris some years ago, and once (as teabags) in a small country town in Queensland!
It is very much better as loose tea and i wonder if anyone knows where it can be found and bought. I’dapreciate the forum’s assistance
We have a lot of Lipton’s here in the states – I will check a couple local grocery stores.
I have definitely seen it in Denmark some years ago! I can have a look too, if you like. :)
I will try to make a run to the stores tomorrow – today was “one of those days” still playing catch up. And your welcome Scobie0
Went to one of the stores I had in mind but it was a no go there – will be going to the other one tomorrow so will check there as well. If I strike out there – there is one more place I want to go but its in Lawrence – was just there and remembered about this store as I was leaving town lol. I have not forgotten about ya though :)
From my quick search of the internet, I see it in bags. Amazon has a few different quantities of the boxes of bagged tea. I tried looking at Lipton’s site (with the UK as my country) but it’s not there. Warning! Their site is ridiculous to navigate.
Perhaps you can find a friend in america to buy it from amazon and you can trade a tea from the uk with them. If you don’t mind getting the bagged tea instead of loose leaf.
Good luck with your search!
Oh I am SO sorry I did end up forgetting about you! SIGH will check the other store I had in mind tommorrow. ACK sorry. If I can’t find it I would be happy to get some from Amazon for you once I get paid and send it to you. That is if you want the bagged kind from there.
Don’t know if you are still around Scobie0 but unfortunately I was unable to find this for you in my stores.
