Shelf life of yellow tea
Can anyone tell me what the shelf life of yellow tea is? My understanding is that at least some (if not all) are slightly oxidized in the ‘sealing yellow’ process, but I think they’re otherwise processed like green teas (most of which, my understanding is, have a short shelf life).
Anyone?
