New Ebay Store
I have started an EBay store selling puerh, so far I have fourteen ripe teas listed and there will eventually be more. They are all priced with best offer. So if you make me an offer I will give you the best possible deal. Shipping is USA only at this point. The store is now called Long-Island-Puerh-Teas.

If anyone sees a tea they are interested in and makes me an offer I will give you the best price possible keeping in mind that most of these teas are free shipping and USPS is expensive.
Have you looked into getting your own scale and then shipping though paypal? I’ve found it to be much cheaper. At least for shippping in the US anyway
Allan, have you considered selling your cakes on TeaChat or TeaForum? No fees that way!

Good luck with the sale! eBay takes a hefty chunk of any sale and I sell a lot less on there than I used to for that reason.
I had tried selling on Steepster but everyone was looking for below cost tea not a fair price. So far I have had only one customer but he has been a very good customer. And I charge a little extra because of all the fees,
so marked up teas that arent sold out yet? ok…..?
Anything still listed is not sold out. I usually cannot match the price of Yunnan Sourcing but if you were to make an offer on something I would give you my best price. I left myself a little room in most of the prices. EBay unlists it when it is sold out.
Also, if you prefer an off EBay deal I can unlist the number of teas you want and give you a slightly better deal as then I don’t have to pay EBay fees. Just an alternative.
AllanK – curious, since I’m trying to figure out new avenues to sell. Do you have to promote your listings for better viewing? And do you have folks other than Steepster members/other places where you may have made your Ebay listings known check your listings out?
Thanks in advance for your reply!
They charge a fee to give your product a better view on EBay. I have just taken my chances and not paid any extra. They take ten percent when I make a sale, I don’t want to pay when I put up a listing too. My hope is now that I have 45 listing people will notice me. I have everything listed as best offer and can go down in price somewhat on each item.
just curious, are these teas from your personal collection you’re parting with, or do you purchase tea specifically with selling in mind?
A note to anyone interested I have two tongs of the Yunnan Sourcing Green Miracle cake, now out of stock on YS. I have one or two other teas out of stock at Yunnan Sourcing and one tea out of stock at Crimson Lotus Tea.
If prices seem a little high, while I cannot usually match Yunnan Sourcing’s price, make me an offer and I will give you a lower price. Keep in mind that I have to pay PayPal fees, EBay fees and shipping fees. All these fees add up.
If anyone is interested I have listed two rare ripe Dayi teas, the 2008 Dayi 0532 and the 2010 Golden Needle White Lotus.
I have redone my EBay store. Gone is the bargaining where you would put in an offer and get a lower price. No most everything is buy it now links and I have lowered the prices to the price I would have dropped the item too before. Take another look. Well stored puerh already in the US. No customs.
You probably should also tell folks you changed the store name, as the link above is broken. Or they can search “yunnan sourcing green miracle” to find you.
Yes I forgot to tell people I changed the store’s name to Long Island Puerh Teas. The above link worked for me just now. Yes I am now the only source of Yunnan Sourcing’s Green Miracle. I have two tongs.
I should also mention a new promotion I am running. I am giving out a free tea cake to anyone who buys six cakes. It will be worth the value of the lowest cost cake purchased and the buyer gets to choose. Mini cakes do not qualify but anything 200g and above will. The two inexpensive bricks I am selling do not count towards this offer.
I also have this brick for sale.

Also, I will throw in some sort of free puerh tea for anyone who buys three cakes at least. My best customer has gotten a lot of free tea from me.
Anyone who wants to buy on EBay before 8pm Pacific time can get a great discount with the code PSPRING20. 20% off your whole order from my store or someone else’s Ebay store. I cannot afford to give out 20% discounts but EBay can, up to $100 off a purchase.
I have lowered the prices on many listings by a small amount in an attempt to be more competitive. You may not notice anything if you haven’t followed my page but many of the teas are just a little bit cheaper. Any cheaper and I would have to dispense with the free shipping entirely.
