Tea Recommendations for Someone Who Loves Chamomile

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone could recommend any hot tea that was as light-feeling as Chamomile.

You might enjoy blends that use lemongrass or jasmine flowers. Ginger, fennel, and mints are my other go-to herbals. I know there are many companies with lemongrass/mint/chamomile blends and you can buy jasmine flowers, ginger/lemongrass blends, and licorice/fennel blends. There are a lot of options for herbals that are quite “light” feeling. As for tea, I find white tea and genmaicha (toasted rice and green tea) are often light and soothing.

Thanks! I’ll give those a try, I usually buy the camomile in ‘loose leaf’ form but I’ll look around for blends

If you like Chamomile you might also like Chrysanthemum tea. It comes in two main varieties, Chrysanthemum and Snow Chrysanthemum tea. The second is a little stronger and more Earthy, not meaning the way Ripe Puerh is earthy.
