Have you attended a meetup with other tea folks? - Survey for Class Project

Have you met up with members of the online tea community in real life?
I’m looking for people who are active in the online tea community AND have attended at least one in real life meetup. If you meet the criterion, complete our survey for a chance to win a pack of Planet Kunlu or Nannou Mini Mushrooms from Crimson Lotus Tea (no affiliation to the survey, we just like his tea). We will select 2 winners from all participants who complete our survey before Sunday December 3rd at 5 pm EST.

This survey is for a project for a class at the University of Maryland College Park. The responses will be used for a class project, and will not be tied to you in any identifiable way.
