Jin Jun Mei again – been away on site all week.
This is the only tea I have with me.
Weird I first had 2 pots on Monday morning and it totally killed my appetite till Wednesday.
Great if you want to lose (or not gain) weight.

I have been drinking leaf tea since the seventies but this is my first taste of this tea. – never had such a reaction before

Very interesting tea. Sometimes if you’re body has enough water, it can reduce appetite too. Ugh that feeling of fullness after a big meal.

Normal lapsang souchong I use sparingly, because the smokiness hurts my throat
