Give me some recommendation

May be you can try Yunnan Dian Hong black tea ,Lapsang Souchong black tea and Tie Guanyin oolong tea. But Lapsang Souchong has a strong smokey flavor.

A “fresh” man, eh? PG Tips has a “fresh” tea that is pretty good. Or if you just mean you are new to tea, I would suggest any PG Tips for black tea (their regular, gold, assam, fresh, english breakfast). A good white tea would be a silver needle or bai hao yin zhen. I can’t give green tea tips because I don’t really like it.
