Plain, milk, or sugar?

I’ll always add a teaspoon of honey into my english breakfast.. or mainly I take black teas with milk unless it’s already has alot of flavour I don’t need to.. I tend to prefer milk in my teas. I don’t know about adding milk to rooibos.. I’m kind of scared to ruin a good cup of tea, also.. I was wondering if soy milk or almond milk makes any difference to cows milk.. I was wondering if it did make a difference to a cup of tea because I’d love to try some other milks.

PLAIN. I don’t like my tea sweetened at all and milk sounds horrifying. I’ve never added milk to my tea before.
