Food and tea pairings

My new favorite food and tea pairing. Ripe Puerh and Vanilla ice cream.. this is so amazing. It works best with a pure vanilla ice cream and slightly aged ripe puerh. Year of the goat from YS, and Satemwa Dark from Tealet are my current 2 favorites, but a 10 year trad stored from Tealife Hk also is amazing.
